Sean Kelly is a fourth-generation Colorado Native who shares his wide-range of knowledge of the Denver Metro area to guide his clients looking to make Denver their home. Graduating from the University of Colorado LEEDs School of Business with an emphasis in finance, Sean has a unique combination of business acumen and understanding of the numbers that gives him a strong foothold when negotiating on a client’s behalf.
Now in his 12th successful year in sales, Sean is well known for his negotiating skills and integrity. He has negotiated over 700 transactions through the fluctuating Denver market, some in tandem with his father, Bob Kelly. He also has extensive experience with new construction sales. Sean has been recognized annually by the Denver Board of Realtors (2003-present) and The Kentwood Company Million Dollar Club (2007-present).

Eighty percent of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals, so giving my clients the best experience and outcome possible is my priority.”
In his spare time, Sean enjoys basketball, golf, bowling, softball, spending time with friends and family, and cheering on all of Denver’s sports teams.
